Tracey Bardorf is assistant director of the Office of Policy for U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Department of Homeland Security, Washington, D.C.
Most recently, Ms. Bardorf served in the agency's Office of the Director. She served as special advisor to the director working on international strategy and policy and ICE's engagement with Mexico.
Prior to joining ICE, Ms. Bardorf served as the Department of Justice's resident legal advisor in Mexico City and as an assistant U.S. attorney in Phoenix, where she tried federal criminal cases and appeals before the Ninth Circuit Court.
She also spent several years working in private legal practice and was a law clerk for both state and federal judges.
Ms. Bardorf is a member of the Senior Executive Service and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish literature from Saint Anselm College and a Juris Doctorate from Arizona State University.
