Mrs. Mary Callahan Erdoes serves as the Chief Executive Officer at J.P. Morgan Asset Management, Inc. Mrs. Erdoes has been Chief Executive Officer of Asset & Wealth Management at JPMorgan Chase & Co. since September 2009. She joined J.P. Morgan Investment Management as the Head of Fixed Income for high-net-worth individuals, foundations and endowments in 1996. Mrs. Erdoes assumed responsibility for the global suite of investment solutions and investment strategy for private banking clients worldwide following the J.P. Morgan/Chase merger in 2000. Previously, she was the Chief Executive Officer at JPMorgan Private Bank through 2005 She became the Head of Investment Management and Alternative Solutions in 1999. Previously, Mrs. Erdoes served as the Chief Executive Officer of Asset and Wealth Management through September 2009 and Head of The Private Bank Unit until September 2009. She also served as a Managing Director at Meredith, Martin & Kaye. Mrs. Erdoes was employed at Bankers Trust in corporate finance, merchant banking and high yield debt underwriting departments. She became the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at Global Wealth Management at J.P. Morgan in 2008. Mrs. Erdoes was the Chairman of JPMorgan Private Bank. Mrs. Erdoes was named as one of "The 100 Most Powerful Women in the World" by the Forbes magazine in 2009 and the US Banker magazine featured her among the 25 Most Powerful Women in Banking. She received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and B.S. from Georgetown University.
