Linda R. Gooden

Ms. Linda R. Gooden served as an Executive Vice President at Lockheed Martin Information Systems & Global Solutions. Ms. Gooden served as an Executive Vice President of Information Systems & Global Solutions at Lockheed Martin Corporation from January 2007 to April 2013. Ms. Gooden served as Deputy Executive Vice President of Information and Technology Services of Lockheed Martin Corp., since October 2006 and also served as its Vice President. She served as President of Lockheed Martin Information Technology at Lockheed Martin Corporation from September 1997 to December 2006. She served as Vice President of Lockheed Martin's Software Support Services unit since 1994 and earlier held other positions of increasing responsibility. She served as Executive Vice President of Lockheed Martin Integrated Systems and Solutions Inc. She joined Lockheed Martin Corp. in 1980.

Ms. Gooden was employed as a Software engineer for General Dynamics of San Diego in support of engineering systems. She has been a Director at Washington Gas Light Co. since April 1, 2013. She serves as a Member of Advisory Board at Millennium Corporation. She has been an Independent Director at Automatic Data Processing, Inc. since February 2009 and WGL Holdings Inc. and WGL Holdings Inc. since April 1, 2012. She serves as a Member of the Board of Regents at University System of Maryland, The. She serves as a Director of Professional Services Council. She served as a Director of Lockheed Martin Australia Pty Ltd. and Lockheed Martin UK Limited. She actively supports professional, academic, and civic organizations, serving on numerous executive boards including Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA) International; Information Technology Association of America (ITAA); University of Maryland's A. James Clark School of Engineering and Robert H. Smith School of Business' Center for Electronic Markets & Enterprises; University of Maryland, Baltimore County; Prince George's Community College Foundation; Maryland Business Roundtable for Education; and the Executive Leadership Council. She serves on Executive Board of Eisenhower Fellowships Board of Trustees.
