Sheri A. Donahue

Sheri Donahue is with the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head Division where she is the Program Manager for Security and Intelligence overseeing government and contracted efforts for numerous customers. She manages a $64M portfolio of Intelligence and Intelligence related projects for Navy, SOCOM, Air Force, OSD and other Intelligence agencies of the US Government fusing science and technology with Intelligence to provide knowledge solutions for the warfighter.

Prior to that, Ms. Donahue served as the Director of Customer Support for DisastersNet, Inc. which produces a web-based, automated incident management system. In that role she worked with clients to automate their incident management procedures specific to their respective organizations, designed and led the training programs, developed exercises and advised on exercise execution. Prior to that, she was employed by Norwich University Applied Research Institutes (NUARI) where she was contracted to serve as the Managing Director of the InfraGard National Members Alliance (INMA) and as the Executive Director and President of the Cyber Conflict Studies Association (CCSA).

Ms. Donahue has been an active member of InfraGard since 2003. She has been part of the National Board of Directors since 2004 in various roles: as a member of the Board, as the first National Managing Director, and as an officer of the corporation Secretary (2004-2010) and currently President. In addition to her work with the local chapters, she has worked with representatives of the FBI, DHS, ATF, INTERPOL, INSA, ASIS and many other National organizations to integrate efforts toward critical infrastructure protection and national security. She has worked with academia (e.g., UMUC, AMU) to provide training and continuing education opportunities to the 52,000 members of InfraGard and their families to ensure the education is made available to improve the skills of our critical infrastructure owners and operators.

Ms. Donahue received her Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University in 1990. She served as an engineer and special programs manager for the Department of the Navy for 16 years coordinating program protection efforts for several Navy projects and returned in 2011 as Program Manager. Ms. Donahue has worked closely with the intelligence community in the protection of Navy and DoD technologies as well as homeland security efforts. She has organized local and regional security conferences as well as acting as technical advisor with Interagency OPSEC Support Staff (IOSS) for OPSEC training videos for first responders.

Additionally, she has been actively involved with several other organizations including Intelligence and National Security Alliance, iKeepSafe Coalition, Susan G. Komen 3-Day Walk and Crohn's & Colitis Foundation of America.
