

Michele Cook has more than 15 years experience within the Department of Defense C4ISR community, serving both government and industry in strategic pursuits to enhance the intelligence mission from collection through back-end analysis, with specialized emphasis in areas of information sharing technologies. On behalf of the Department of Defense, Ms. Cook provided senior level strategic support to dozens of cutting edge programs focused on advancing technologies to the warfighter, including two highly visible programs; the Homeland Security ACTD, where she interfaced with NYPD in the months following 9-11, and DARPA’s Bosnia Command and Control (BC2A) program, where she served as the COCOM integration lead during the military action in Bosnia.
Ms. Cook’s industry experience has resulted in more than $2B in career sales, with entrepreneurial aerospace success as the President and Chief Operating Officer of the Space Launch Corporation, the prime contractor for DARPA’s rapid access to space launch vehicle design program (“RASCAL”), focused on the dedicated, in theater, microsatellite ISR mission. Currently, Ms. Cook is Vice President of Six3 Systems, where she has account responsibilities for intelligence and defense clients, with a focus on applied technology innovation with direct benefit to the analyst/warfighter. A California native, Ms. Cook attended Chapman University, with an academic emphasis on International Affairs. She is the mother of six, and the very happy grandmother of three little boys – Sam, Luke, and Randy.
