Rear Admiral Diane E.H. Webber

Rear Admiral Diane E.H. Webber is deputy commander of the Navy's Fleet Cyber Command/Deputy Commander at Fort Meade, Maryland. Previously, she was Director of Command and Control Systems at the North American Aerospace Defense Command. She is currently the highest-ranking female Information Professional Officer.

Her earlier assignments included being an oceanographic watch officer at U.S. Naval Facility, Argentina, Newfoundland and commander, Oceanographic Systems, Pacific. During Operation Iraqi Freedom, she commanded U.S. Naval Computer and Telecommunications Station, Bahrain. Webber was assigned to Multi-National Forces, Iraq, as director, Communications and Information Systems (CIS) Coalition Force Plans/Joint Network Control Center (JNCC) and subsequently served as director, Communications Information Systems, 2nd Fleet.
