Vice Admiral Robin Braun

Vice Admiral Robin Braun is the Chief of Navy Reserve and Commander of Navy Reserve Force is one of the three highest-ranking women presently.

She is the first female Chief of the Navy Reserve. Upon her commission in 1980, she was designated a naval aviator and served as an instructor pilot in the T-44 aircraft.

She has served as, as mission commander, aircraft commander, and instructor pilot in fleet Air Reconnaissance Squadron (VQ) 3, Fleet Logistics Support Squadron (VR) 61, and VR-51.

Subsequent command tours include: Navy Air Logistiss Office, Navy Reserve Carrier Strike Group 10, supporting the USS Harry Truman, and Reconnaissance Wing Five. Vice Admiral Braun became the chief of the Navy Reserve in 2012.
